What is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst?
A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) must follow guidelines set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), requiring fulfillment of strict educational requirements and a mandated amount of supervised experience in the field in order to become certified. These professionals must also obtain continuing education credits to maintain their credentials. Certified individuals have met a standard of expertise and have extensive knowledge on how to apply the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in behavior analytic intervention programs.

- Administer appropriate behavioral assessments
- Design programming and behavior intervention plans according to assessment results
- Work collaboratively with staff, parents/caregivers, other professionals
- Implement, supervise, and review the implementation of individualized programming

[email protected] Kelli is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and has been working in the field since 2008. She attended Middle Tennessee State University where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology. She has experience developing behavioral programming for children and adults with developmental disabilities. She is an approved provider for the Department of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities for the state of Tennessee. Kelli is a member of Tennessee Association for Behavior Analysis. |

Anna has a Masters in Psychology from Florida State University and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Anna has spent the last 6 years working at Quest Kids in Orlando, Florida. Anna's love of Disney is greatly appreciated by our kids! Anna has brought a wealth of knowledge and experience working in group setting and assisting with getting kids on track academically to main gains in classroom settings.

Kristin has been with us since 2013 as a summer intern, working towards her certification as a behavior analyst. She most recently secured her certification in December of 2016. Kristin has experience working with school systems and adolescents in upper elementary and middle schools. Kristin's knowledge of her native Nashville and area school districts is invaluable.
