Insurance Information
We are in network with several insurance companies that will pay for applied behavior analysis services. 

• TennCare Select
• United Behavioral Health
• Humana
• TriCare (referral to our sister company, Pastiche Partners, LLC)
• Aetna
• Cigna
• ​Blue Cross Blue Shield

Information needed for referral process
Specific pieces of information are needed to submit a request for services from insurance companies. In order to complete the request several documents will need to be provided:

1. A copy of your current insurance card
2. The most recent psychological assessment with diagnosis
3. A prescription for ABA Therapy from your pediatrician
