Sick Policy
Therapy will be canceled if your child has had a fever or temperature over 100 degrees at any point during the past 24 hours or you suspect that she/he is sick. Please be aware and cancel any session if you think your child may be getting sick. This policy is in place to help prevent the spreading of germs and keep our staff and other clients healthy.

Inclement Weather Policy 
ABC Services directly contacts all clients affected by any changes in hours of operation due to inclement weather. Clients who have not been contacted should assume regular hours of operation. We will also update our Facebook page with any changes due to weather. If your county schools are closed we will not be providing services in that area.

Intake Policy/ Procedure
To begin the intake process we must have a copy of the child's most recent diagnostic report, copy of the front and back of the insurance card and a prescription for Applied Behavior Analysis. Once we have that we can verify benefits and coverage and request pre-authorization if needed. Then we will contact you to schedule an intake appointment. *Most insurance policies do require pre-authorization.*
