Payment Options/ Policies
Autism & Behavior Consulting Services, LLC has staff that are in network with United Healthcare, Aetna, Cigna, Humana and Blue Cross Blue Shield. Beginning January 1, 2018 both Cigna and BCBA began networks for ABA in Tennessee. We are happy to look to see if your individual plan covers services.
For military families and individuals with TRICARE insurance, we have a sister company that specializes in the unique needs of military families and works solely with TRICARE. If you have TRICARE and are interested in receiving services please contact our office directly and we will get you pointed in the right direction.
Families who private pay or incur co-payments, will receive a monthly bill via email. Please refer to your individual contract for any additional fees, i.e. late payments. Checks for payment can be mailed to:
